Damola Adelakun is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Luvanex Realty Group, a licensed U.S. real estate investment firm established in Atlanta in 2007 and now headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Under his leadership, Luvanex manages more than $25 million in real estate assets for investors across America and around the world.
He founded Luvanex to make carefully sourced American property accessible to global investors — with disciplined underwriting, proper legal structuring, and fiduciary stewardship from acquisition through long-term ownership. A licensed broker and seasoned entrepreneur, Damola brings nearly two decades of experience in negotiation, cross-border execution, and building real estate businesses across the United States and Nigeria.
His leadership philosophy places client outcomes first. That standard has shaped Luvanex into a trusted partner for investors across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and other international markets — and continues to guide the firm's growth, culture, and commitment to lasting client success.

Emi Adelakun
Emi Adelakun is a licensed Real Estate construction expert and Sales executive specializing in construction project management, investment analysis, and strengthening investor relationships toward revenue growth.
Emi has served as a Sales leader in the Technology industry, leading global teams in major technology deployment projects while managing and growing client investment portfolios worth $40M. She now leads our buy, fix and flip program as well as our construction team.
She has been happily married to Damola Adelakun since June 2013 and they are blessed with two children. They also co-lead several ministries and businesses.
